Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve all booking dates. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the session (14 days for larger projects). Final deliverables will not be released until the full balance is paid.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the agreed-upon services outlined in the project estimate. Additional services, location changes, extended time, add-ons, or revisions may result in additional charges. All adjustments will be documented in writing.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

7-day notice is required for small sessions. 14-day notice is required for multi-day or large projects. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable one time. Additional rescheduling requires a new deposit.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies, illness, or acts of God.

Ownership of Deliverables

All photos, videos, audio, and creative assets produced by Terasu Media House are the exclusive property of Terasu Media House. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal or promotional use depending on the project.

Liability Limits & Disclaimers

Terasu Media House is not responsible for injuries, equipment failures, lost or corrupted files, weather delays, location restrictions, scheduling conflicts, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Usage Rights & Portfolio

Terasu Media House may use project content for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the start of the project.

Creative Control

Terasu Media House retains sole creative discretion over editing style, storytelling, pacing, color grading, and final delivery format. Reasonable revisions are honored; extensive revision requests may incur additional fees.

Turnaround Times

• Photos — 5–7 business days
• Videos — 7–14 business days
• Multi-project / complex edits — timelines discussed & documented

Governing Law

All agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
